SELF ACTIVE CARE FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS WITH MARYGAIL SULLIVAN

This class is for massage therapists who want more tools and techniques to care for their bodies.  

Mary Gail will lead the group in:
• warm-up exercises
• safe stretching
• strengthening exercises geared at our needs as massage therapists
• practicing self-massage that is easy and non-stressful to our hands
  
Marygail will spend time on each individual’s personal area of concern. She will also offer alignment assessments to see if there are ways to work that will cause less stress for each individual in the class. 

Class limit: 8 students
