ASTON® BODY-MECHANICS WITH TAMAR MYERS

This one day course will introduce you to the concepts of body usage created by movement pioneer, Judith Aston. Using your body in a less than optimal way can not only create tension for us as therapists, but can also transfer that tension into our clients. We will learn how to use the cyclical forces of gravity and ground force to stay energized and contact the body with less tension. After practicing the concepts standing and seated, we will practice applying them to work at the table.

Please bring a table and linens to class.
