ONGOING WEEKLY YOGA WITH ROBIN SHAW
This is a wonderful self-care class. Vinyasa Yoga, an energetic, flowing form, addresses alignment, increasing strength, flexibility, relaxation and connection to self and the universe. The first part of the class is dedicated to a standing series, which flows from one posture to the next, linking breath with movement, offering strength, balance, inner focus, and a cardiovascular workout. The second part of the class is experienced on the floor, exploring postures that target inner awareness, flexibility, core strength, and ends with deep relaxation.
